Anyway the walk for today was a wander or hobble up to Milkhope in the Kidland forest. Just to have a look because I have never been in that particular area. And I knew that today I wouldn’t be going far.

Bad day today but at least I got out and did something.& I can tick another area off my to go see list.& it go"s without saying that if i can do this on a bad day any one should be able to do it.
